Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Breakfast was good although the food wasn't hot when it arrived at the table. Beautiful setting on the lake.
Negative: I was billed for the stay on my credit card, which I left on file for incidental expenses (of which there were none). I had already paid for the stay through Booking.com before our arrival. I have not been able to speak with someone at the resort since and have left a message to have someone return my call so this double payment can be resolved immediately.
Summary: We had a lovely time as a friends' getaway.
